About Women In Pensions Network Group
Women In Pensions Network Group is a recently launched group of industry-leading professionals across the trade only retirement plans industry.

Through hard work and determination, 150 members have made their mark in the retirement industry while maintaining their own voices and vision. Bound together by a shared and deep understanding of the retirement industry, this distinguished group consists of women who provide legal advice, financial services, wholesale distribution, sales, marketing, training and other support services.

Purpose
In addition to developing a unified, visible and influential voice working towards the collective good of the industry, the group will facilitate:

Inaugural Event
The group's formally scheduled activities and structure are in process of being determined by various sub-committees.

An inaugural networking meeting is scheduled for 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 4, 2009, at the Fairmont Scottsdale Resort, Scottsdale, Arizona. The inaugural event will be held in the Fairmont’s Hacienda Barbaoca, just before the CFDD’s 7:00-9:30 pm Western-themed Advisor Conference Kick-Off Party.

Those joining the group must have meaningful retirement plans industry experience. There is no membership cost and all commitments are voluntary.
